Abstract: The
hypertext I am going to analyze is 24 hours with someone you know, by Philippa J. Burne. I am going to
focus on the time aspect.
I
chose this hypertext because I liked the title very much and I thought it could
be very interesting.
I
am also going to include in my second paper a brief summary about the
story of this hypertext with an outline explaining the way I have followed to read
the story, that is, the hyperlinks I have chosen, and all the choices
you can choose to complete the story.
The
paper is completed with the time references I
have found reading the hypertext and a conclusion.
What
I have found more difficult of the paper has been to create the sketch with all
the possibilities the hypertext offers to complete the story. Although is not a
difficult one, this hypertext has many choices to continue the story and arrive
to its ending.
Auto-evaluation: I would have liked to
include in my paper a short biography about Philippa
J. Burne, but I have found none on the Internet. I
would have also liked to send her an e-mail asking her for some advice or
experience, but the mail is included in the hypertext is not the current one,
so it has not been possible contact her.
About
the hypertext, I personally believe I have worked hard on the hyperlinks sketch
to understand the story, and also looking for time references to analyze the
aspect I chose as well as possible, so I think the mark I deserve is a B.
