Abstract : “A Midsummer Night´s Dream: Egeus” is a paper
about this character. I have writen about Egeus´ relationship with his daughter
Hermia. He takes part in some of the conflicts, the most important conflict is
the love among Hermia,Lysander and Demetrius and Egeus is involved in it
because he does not agree with his daugther and he wants that she respects his
orders.
"Shylock,
Egeus and Baptista´s meeting” is an essay based in three characters and
in three comedies. I have
found some similarities and differences among Egeus, Shylock and Baptista and I
want to show these kinds of thoughts in a meeting or dialogue that take place
among them.
Egeus is a character of “A Midsummer Night’s
Dream”. Shylock appears in “The Merchant of Venice” and Baptista appears in
“The Taming of the Shrew”. All of them are fathers and they have some problems
with their daughters.
"
Recurrent Patterns in Shakespearian Comedies " is a collective
paper. We have found some patters that are repeated throughout
several comedies as happy ending, irony, confusion, ... We have developed them
and in the second collective paper
" Recurrent Patterns in Shakespearian Comedies 2
", we have found some textual examples that appear in the
comedies that we have studies in the subject. We have found the patterns that
our characters have and some examples ot this.
Auto-evaluation:
