Hi Alberto,

Never too busy to answer your questions.

The red links for pictures were meant only to illustrate something of
what the characters might look like. They are (as I remember) images
plucked from the internet and altered significantly in Photoshop, and
they are not particularly important. Some of them may be photos of
friends, but as I say, they should not be recognizable.

My interests, and most of my recent work, has been in archaeology.
Although I've been to Australia I don't have any particular connection
with Aboriginal art except that I like it and have a modern Aboriginal
painting in my apartment in Paris. Since the story is about what at
the time I considered a parodic history of the settlement of the
Western Hemisphere, the subject is Aboriginal. It turns out that the
idea may not be quite as far-fetched as I thought at the time. I may
have borrowed some of the drawings from patterns on the internet, or I
may have made some of them myself, I honestly don't remember now. All
done in Photoshop, though.

The music, by the way, was composed and recorded by my late friend
Allen Strange, who was a wonderful composer I worked with several times.

I would love to see your paper when done. I can read some Spanish
(though my French is much better).

Good luck and thanks. Let me know if there's anything else you need.

best

Rob
