My work will be focused on the Irish dramatist and novelist Samuel Beckett. This work will tract about his life, his plays and mainly about the main signpost in the desolated territory of his works: Beckett describes human suffering as the 'main condition of the human experience', where dialogues and monologues of despair will be emphasized, how the ABSURD and the EXISTENTIALISM impregnates all his work, all this applied to his work.

We will also think over the changes which Beckett suffered in his works: the developing of his literature, his way of writing or what amounts to the same thing, the way of changing from the character to the voice, that is to say, from the novel to the theatre, which are the two genres that Beckett takes in in his literature.
