The paper that I am going to do is going to be centred in the play of Harold Printer whose name is THE COLLECTION.

It is a tragicomedy that was written in prose.

The year of the first edition was the 1961 in London.

I am going to speak about the dramatis personae: the main characters are: Harry, James, Stella and Bill. They are two couples that are in all the play connected.

Bill and Harry live in Belgravia and Stella and James are married for 2 years and live together.

This play is centred in the relationship of all the type of couples.

Both couples have done infidelities to their marriage but one of them have forgiven his her husband but in the other couple one of the man started to investigate but he does not find any answer in all the play.

The place of the play where it is inspired is the majority part of the time in the houses.

In this play we do not know really who says the truth and lots of conversations have no sense.

I couldn't understand this play at all. I could not connect with this play but I do not know why. Because I do not find the sense and I do not understand it.

At first, I understood the play that was about infidelities but then the play returns a little hard and I could not understand it and the character of Henry because you never know his identity.

From my point of view party time is better than this play because it has been so difficult for me to understand it.
