DINING
Here we have
a common scene of a couple dancing in a hotel, a romantic scene. It arises some
feelings in the protagonist. He dreams to be with a beautiful woman there. This
couple is a reflection of all what is running inside his mind. He is like being
reflected into a mirror. It is a perfect scene of love, sweetness, respect….The description the author gives is about a perfect
moment “they move as one, he dipping her, turning her on his arm, cradling her
cheek against his; she lifting a foot after…..” But although the scene
describes that in the picture we can only see two empty chairs and a table.
Maybe this chairs are representing the couple.
