TEMPORAL ASPECT

In this micro-hypertext, we find a few time references, because the authoress deals a topic where time isn’t important. She speaks in general terms, over the time. “Will take centuries”, “from the hundreds of centuries”, “when the water shifts again”, “will remain forever” and “when we stop staring at you” are the references that appear in the hypertext. The authoress focuses all attention in the dialectical contemplation of both a stained glass window and the person who seems like it.

I spend around of 30 minutes to read and understand this poem.

Deena Larsen published her first work Marble Springs in 1993. Stained Word Window was published un 1999.
