       In this paper I am going to talk about Structuralism. To talk about it, first I     am going  to situate this movement in a social context.
      Later I am going to explain this movement and how this movement makes
     an influence in  some of the authors of the 20th Century. This influence is     reflected in the way the writers write a novel.
       The structuralists consider that the most important part in a text is the        structure; they do not mind what the text says, they only consider important the form of it.
     This thinking will be more developed in the paper and, as an example, we will see the most important characteristics reflected in some authors.
