Summary:

I am going to analyse the phenomenon of science fiction literature (its origins, general considerations, some important authors, etc). For that purpose, I am going to concentrate on the novel: The Time Machine by H. G. Wells. I will make a brief summary of it, of the main characters, of the main topics we can observe in the novel, etc. I will also talk about the author’s life and his historical and social context (how does he reflect his society in the novel, things that happened to him during his life and what was the influence, etc). I will base some of this aspects on the paper of two class mates who are going to deal with the same topics; that will be our teamwork.
