Plot
George Walker, in Egypt
for his health, went to Suez
for a week's sight-seeing and while there was mistaken for an important
dignitary named Sir George Walker, whose approaching visit was expected. To his
surprise he was invited by a local Arab chieftain to go on an elaborately
planned excursion to see the Well of Moses. The morning they were to start the
distinguished official arrived, and George was unceremoniously left behind.
Nothing daunted, he obtained a dragoman and made the expedition alone.
