Plot
Mr. Jones journeying alone in Palestine, welcomed the companionship of a young traveler who begged
to accompany him. After several days together they were overtaken by an elderly
man of no uncertain temper who made it known that he was the guardian of the
young traveler, and that nothing short of marriage between the companions would
satisfy him. Mr. Jones was much chagrined that he had not discovered for
himself that the young person was a girl, masquerading as a young man.
