  On the one hand, with a subjective perspective of the author, it will consider how important was Defoe for the modern English novel. Moreover, it will comment on the biography of Defoe which is not only excellent, but also versatile, since Defoe is able to write about quite different themes.
  On the other hand, with a more collective perspective, it is going to deal with Robinson Crusoe. Hence, it will talk about the summary of the work , the structure, the meaning and symbolism and finally, the conclusion.
