Subject : Narrativa Inglesa desde el siglo XVIII

Title of the paper : Kokura, the disaster
Author or topic: Mary-Kim Arnold and Matthew Derby
Abstract : Kokura's everpresent theme is that of nuclear disasters. Since World War II, there have been numerous attempts by different activists to stop the nuclear warfare machine. Kokura is the description of two of such attempts. In this second paper I will try to explain the time sequences that separate the different generations since the war as suggested to us by Arnold and Derby. I will also relate the time sequences to the information given about the actual nuclear experiments still taking place. Kokura is a complicated hypertext given to the reader as a sequential piece of writing that streams into three main parts. I hope you will be able to discover what the three main themes are trying to tell us in order to realize the actual time sequence that Kokura deals with to me seems to include dreams, never-sent letters and visualisations of Hiroshima
