CHARACTERS
PAPÁ UBU
– he is the protagonist of the play, he is ugly and he do not speak very well
MAMÁ UBU
– she is the wife of Papá Ubú
and she is unloyal to her husband.
The
other characters are secondary because do not appear so much in the play, and
one person can represent more than one character. For example the soldier is
always with Papá Ubú and he
defends him.
SPACE
The
decoration is very simply because the decoration is a panel where the
characters are prepared to act.
LIGHTING
There
are some focuses but the light focus the characters that are acting, because
there are much characters in the scene.
DRESSING
ROOM
The
characters dress tunics of different colours but the soldier is dressed with
uniform.
SITUATION
IN THE THEATER
The
people in the theatre are surprised and laughing with papá
Ubú because he does not pronounce very well, for
example he says “mierdra”.
PESONAL
OPINION
I like
the play because he critics something about the real life and we do not change
the people how we like that will be.
