CHARACTERS

MR JOTA: He is an old man. He has white hair and he wears a suit. He represents the director in the play. He always is shouting to the other actors. He walks on the stage, he moves all the time his hands and he is sitting down in a chair. He is very womaniser because he likes to flirt with all the women.

GOLDBERG: He represents the prompter in the play, he wear jeans and a t-shirt.

MARI, ERNESTINA VAN VEEN AND TERESA TORMENTINA: Mari is the cleaning woman, Teresa is an actress of the play and she is a nonconformist, Ernestina is Mr Jota’s secretary.

RAAMAH, MASCH AND JAFET: They are secondary characters. They seem silly in the play.

SPACE

In the space are chairs, a table and a big spiral stairs case. Each scene has their own panel but some panels when the characters torn it, have other decoration for other scene.

LIGHTING

There are some lights in the corners but in the middle are coloured light, the light switch on and switch off according to the scene. The lights switch off when they do an orgy.

DRESSING ROOM

The characters wear different clothes; they wear elegant or sexy clothes. For instance, Mari wears old clothes to clean, Mr Jota wears a black suit although in a scene he wears a white suit and Ernestina dresses elegant too. Teresa wears a sexy dressing gown where the body can be seen by the public. Goldberg wears jeans and a t-shirt. In sum this clothes are representing the reality.

SITUATION IN THE THEATER

The people were talking before the play began but when the play began all the people are quite. The people laughed a lot, because it was a funny play and sometimes we are surprised in some scenes.

PERSONAL OPINION

I think that the play is a critic of the Bible where the author criticizes the creation because in the play it is a disaster. I think that some characters of the play represent the characters of the Bible, for example Mr Jota represent god or this I think and the rest of the characters represent others.
