Chomsky is an American linguist, and he has propounded an important theory about grammar. Its name is Transformational Generative grammar, and it consists in an original system of linguistic analysis.
He asserts that Linguistics must to describe languages´structure. In adittion, he believes that language is the result of an annate human faculty.
Noam Chomsky has written a lot of linguistic plays and articles., and I am going to base my work with these play´s information. First, I will explain his theory of Transformational Generative . Then I will apply it to some examples extracted from some of his texts. And at the end I will speak about his importance in "Linguistics World".
