To conclude this paper, I have to say that I have got the aim that I planned at the very beggining of this work, I mean, the main aim of this paper was to explain the Surrealism expounding the resources of this particular movement, so I have created some interesting information about it, taking into account Breton´s ideas. I have also outlined the literary context of this movement, as I proposed. Furthermore, I have showed some notes about Lewis Carroll´s biography and his main writing, as well as an special attention has been devoted to Samuel Beckett´s writings ( "Happy Days" and "Waiting for Godot" ). I have choosen these authors not only because they are considered great figures of the surrealism movement, but also because they have contributed in an original way to the world literature.
