Esta situacion es resultado, en parte, de mi aportacion desde mi trabajo como Cap de Servei de Politica Cientifica, en la Direccion General de Ensenyanzas Universitarias de la Conselleria de Cultura, Educacion y Ciencia de la Generalitat Valenciana. Fue muy interesante mientras duro. Digamos que lo anterior es todavia intraducible al ingles.
