Story line

This hypertext consists of thirteen short stories, some of them show no connection in between but others do. The text is divided in time periods with three different stories on each one and another one separated story for the other ones. In this last one Eisen leaves an open ending and underlines her confused feelings.

It is very difficult to define a storyline of this hypertext, but I made an analysis where I define the structure and summarize each of the stories separately.

The first section is called Education. It has only one subdivision named Brandeis University, B.A. History 1989, that contains three stories regarding her educational experience. The funny thing about it is that real end emotional educations of the heroine are mixed together.

· Study Hebrew at Jerusalem and the relation with her boyfriend at the time, Avi.

· Her research about The politicization of the masses in New England sea ports between 1773 and 1776

· Food and vomiting experiences.

The second one is titled Experience, which contains nine stories separated in groups of three by a subtitle with its time and place. The sections and its summaries are the following:

Agency for Artists, June 1989 - Aug. 1989

· Posing naked for a photographer.

· Another posing and masturbating experience.

· Strange job: dirty photographs for a freaky couple.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Sept. 1989 - March 1990

· Flirting with men at the Eurodollar pit.

· A $40,000 error

· More troubles at the pit

Robert Ford, LLC, March 1990 - Sept. 1991

· Dining with Robert

· Sex and hurting experience with Robert.

· Robert’s wife comes back.

Finally, we have a last section called Career Objective, where the heroine makes short of a conclusion of the story and tries to settle down and get back to normal life (forget Robert and find her-self a job).
