Abstract or summary of the research in not more than 100 to max.150 words:
Alice in Wonderland is the most important novel of Lewis Carroll or, at least, is the one because of he will be remembered. I would like to focus my project in some aspects that i belive to be the most important of the novel and also of the author:
- The importance of the historical context, and how the novel was understood when it was first published. Analyse if the interpretations change from one century to another.
- The social reality of Lewis carroll and how we can see reflected in his novel some of his personal characteristics: Maths, sexual aspects…
- The importance of the characters and the way they can be analysed as symbols.
- The language and the fantasy elements in the novel.
