From my point of view and my personal opinion, my work on Charles Dickens could be very useful to everybody who wants to know a bit more about the author.
In my personal web page I tried to collect his biography, cronology, times, popularity...
He was one of the great literary geniuses of all time and one of the most popular novelist of the nineteen century.
On the other hand, I choose Dickens for his work because I like him and the way he writes about the different problems of the society he lives in.
 Finally , and inside my object opinion  I want to remark that  he was nicknamed "The Inimitable" and qualified people who are years studing about him said that in all English Literature, his creativity is rivaled only by Shakespeare.
