Dorothy Abrona McCrae’s hypertext consists of 246 links. Its distribution plays with colour and space.

If we pay attention in his space, we can see that the links are divided into three zones. the content of the links depends on the area where they are.

• On the right side:

- There are eight links to the naked eye. Although apparently we only can see eight links, each link you open new links appear.

- Each link belongs to days narrated in the life of the protagonist.

- The links follow a reading order, which is from top to bottom, so its position is vertical.

- Their extensions are different and the texts which keep by them also have different lengths.

- According to the relationship with the links of their texts, are also different. Some are a summary of the text and other sentences that are belong to context.

- When you click on any of the links it opens the text disappears and is replaced by the link below that is under his, and on the last place appear a new link.

- The mechanism of operation is like a wheel on which the warrant of reading is from top to bottom. Each time you click on a link displays a new, well until we got to the first.

• On the left side:

- In this area are the months from April to December.

- Also appear one below the other in vertical order, following a chronological order.

- In the month in which you click is always will appear on the first place, which will change the position of others.

- Her extensions are different, moreover, not all the months are written entirely. September, October, November and December, are abbreviated in “Sept “, “Oct”, “Nov “ and “Dec “.

- Each month has a number of relevant links that appear on the right side, which refer to days narrated. April has 22 links, May 33, June 23, August consists of 28, September October 26, November 27, and December has 29 links.

• Finally, in the upper left side there are two links, “Dorothy Abrona McCrae” and “Judy Malloy”. The first is a brief introduction about the reading of hypertext. And the second is a site about the author.

If we pay attention at the different uses of colours, also there are two big groups.

• The links on the right side from the pages of the Dorothy's notebook are yellow.

Also the links on upper left side, which are about the hypertext and the author, are yellow.

• The months of the year shown on the left are, instead, white.
