Abstract : I have chosen a hypertext novel whose author is well known. Shelley Jackson’s first hypertext novel is Patchwork Girl which was a best-selling

publication of Eastgate Systems in 1995. However, Jackson published two more hypertexts, The Doll Games (2001), and the autobiographical

My Body (1997). The latter is the one I have chosen because, as it talks about the evolution of the body, I am identified with it. I also think it is

a funny novel. I am going to divide my work in different aspects. First of all I’ll do an introduction. Then, I will talk about the time in the novel.

And, finally I make a conclusion.

Auto-evaluation: I think I have worked very hard on it because at first it was difficult to understand the hypertext. In addition the author of this novel

uses a complicated language, so I think I deserve a B.
