An 8-day wildlife adventure within Tanzania’s wildlife parks For those seeking a spectacular safari full of variety, this trip takes you from a permanent tented camp on the rim of Africa's Great Rift Valley to the Serengeti National Park and ends in a traditional lodge on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater. This great combination will bring you in close contact with Tanzania's incredibly diverse flora and fauna.

Day 1: Lake Manyara National Park (Approx 2 hours) Depart from Arusha after lunch and drive to Lake Manyara, a scenic gem, with a setting extolled by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa”. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and preparing for game viewing and bird spotting at this great lake. Stay overnight at Kirurumu Tented Camp on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park After breakfast enjoy a game drive in the park, viewing the abundant wildlife. In the early afternoon you continue to Mto Wa Mbu village for a traditional village lunch and an insight into local culture. Here you will have the opportunity of visiting a local market and interacting with the local people. Stay overnight at Kirurumu Tented Camp, all meals included. Days 3 - 5: Serengeti National Park After breakfast you will take a morning drive to Serengeti, the jewel in the crown of Tanzania's protected areas. You will hopefully start seeing game well before you enter the reserve. Following a late lunch, the remainder of the day will be spent viewing game. Stay overnight at a Private Tented Camp with all meals included. Meals : FB Accommodation : Private Mobile Tented Camp

Day 6: Olduvai Gorge & Ngorongoro Crater ( Approx 5 hours) From the Serengeti you drive via Olduvai Gorge to the dramatic landscape of the Ngorongoro Crater, stopping for a picnic lunch en route. Spend the afternoon relaxing and stay overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, all meals included. You can enjoy the fantastic views down into the crater from your room. Meals : FB Accommodation : Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater A highlight awaits you this morning as you depart by 4x4 to explore what is commonly known as the world’s largest wildlife zoo. There is always an abundance of wildlife roaming the crater floor, because of the permanent water source within. You return to the lodge for lunch, followed by an afternoon visit to a Masai village. Stay overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, all meals included. Meals : FB Accommodation : Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Day 8 : Day of Departure After breakfast you depart for Arusha and will be transferred to the airport for onward arrangements. Meals : B
