In this work, I would like to deal with some aspects of Mary W. Shelley´s work and life. Especially in her famous novel: Frankenstein. I will try to include the main points of Romanticism and the relation between this novel and the novel called "Gothic". I think there is a very important reference in Shelley´s novel of that type of mystery and terror ones, because we can say that these type of novels have take place after the great "Frankenstein". To make this, I will search information in Internet. I hope this web page can offer a good explanation of that period in which are included some of the most interesting novels
