Yes, I am Salsaholic !! Frankly, it seems that Latino Dances are more than just a fashion in Valencia. A lot of people are taking classes "to improve" this particular aspect of our social life. Obviously, it implies that their music is taking a very important position in our local radios. Cha-cha, Salsa, Bachata, are some alternative "sounds and movements", that you can listen, or see, all over the town. In this case, I want you to have the opportunity to listen "ON-LINE" the first Latino Radio which plays, all day long, this type of music: URL -->http://www.kostalatina.com/ Apart from listening a "wonderful music", at least in my opinion, you can have the opportunity to know, in advance, a lot of places to go and a lot of events that are going to take place in our town in you decide to visit this town... Pienso que la interactividad multimedia es muy utíl para aprendar las idiomas. Cuando vemos las películas o escuchamos los segmentos audios, tenemos que piensar y entender mas rapidamente que cuando leemos. Eso es necesario para comunicar con los hablantes natales. Esto sitio es otro ejemplo donde la interactividad multimedia ayuda el aprendizaje. Mandar los mesajes aqui es muy bueno practica para discutir en español (o en inglés para ustedes de España). Usualmente, las cosas sobre que hablamos en esto sitio son mas perteniente a nuestras vidas que lo sobre que hablamos en clase.

En Boston, hay un área hacia el centro de la ciudad llamada el "Theatre District" (districto del teatro), donde los clubs reciben conciertos de la roca. Boston también tiene el FleetCenter, un estadio grande (común a las ciudades metropolitanas grandes), que recibe los cantantes y los actos más populares. El Boston Celtics (el equipo del baloncesto) también tiene juegos en este estadio. ¿Hay un área especificamente para conciertos y teatro a cerca de tí? ---- In Boston, there is an area downtown called the "Theatre District", where clubs host rock concerts. Boston also has the FleetCenter, a large stadium (common to large metropolitan cities), which hosts the most popular singers and acts. The Boston Celtics (the city's basketball team) also has games in this stadium. Do you have an area specifically for concerts and theatre near you?

Near MIT there is a place called the Middle East. They have many small concerts there. I went once but it was very very loud and I didn't enjoy it much. Also there is a huge outdoor concert pavilion about 30 minutes from Boston. I like that place but you need a car to get to it. Cerca de MIT esta un lugar llamarse Middle East. Hay muchos conciertos pequenos alli. Yo fui una vez pero fue muy ruido y no me gusta mucho. Tambien hay un lugar para conciertos grandes en el aire libre aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. Me gusta esto lugar pero nesesitas un coche a ir.

when you live in a place like boston, there's a huge collegiate contingent and so there are many college bands. One of my friends from high school is now in a band called Invisible Down Town and last I heard he was thinking of running around in that for a while after he graduates at the end of this year (rather than find a job and settle down).

i haven't personally gone to all that many concerts while here -- it's really easy to get wrapped up in other things. I've gone to two They Might Be Giants concerts since I came here (one was for Spring Weekend 2000). TMBG is a very ... atypical group, though. The energy at that concert was rather amazing (especially to a pair of self-described nerd rockers)

Yo soy un “Salsaholic.” Muchos de mis amigos son “Salsaholics” también aquí en MIT. La residencia estudiantil donde vivo tiene una parte separada se llamada Casa Española. Muchas veces ellos ofrecen lecciones de salsa para todos de los estudiantes aquí en MIT. Nosotros tenemos los mejores profesores de salsa. Gracias por la emisora. Me lo gusta muy mucho. Yo quisiera viajar a España en el futuro y esta emisora ayudará
