Title of the paper: English poetry of the 19th and 20th
century.

Abstract or summary in no more than 100 words: I am going to analyse the work of
some of the English poets of the 19th and 20th century. I will try to explain
their feelings and the effect the events that happened in those days had on
literature. I will introduce the main features that took place through the
different periods of these two centuries: Romanticism, Victorian period, World
War I and Modernism. I chose the authors mentioned above after having read several
poems from each author, but these are the poems that have inspired me most. I
