In Dust the actions happens in different places:

1. Santa Ana airoport in California, where Jane is going to take the flight to New York. Here, there are a big confluence of people, Jane detach they are a families; grandfather, small childrens, fathers, mothers carrying crayons. Here Jane feels longing about family life, and loneliness inside her.

2. When Jane arrives to New York takes a taxi, the driver is a quiet person, doesn´t talk with her, any comment. She look out the window and she can see a grey city, ugly people(in comparation with california), the people doesn´t smile, it´s like a different world, something new for her.Jane feels herself like in a burbble.

3. Jane arrive to Dan´ sister, Lucy. The furniture was designed to look like something else. Every room has a different desing with brightly colours, designed forniture, forniture made for children, or made it for a house with children living.

4. They go out to dinner in a restaurant near to Lucy and Henry´s house. There, drunk, Jane discovers that likes Lucy and Henry, and, also discover the disagreement of Dan about influence of Lucy in Jane, but Jane doesn´t matter this.

5. When they come back to home Lucy want that Jane sleep with her ´cause she thinks Jane needs affection. In this place, Lucy and Henry´s bedroom, and when comes sleelwalking to their bed, Jane feels the warm to have a family, to have mother(Lucy) and father (Henry), she feels loved and cared.
