Once you have walked around the Blasco Ibañez Avenue, you should go to the Blasco Ibañez Museum-Home, located on Malvarrosa beach, to know how the writer lived. This building holds his personal objects and literary works.

In order to know more about one of the most popular traditions celebrated in the Cabañal, go to the House of the Sailors´ Holy week. Here you can enjoy looking pictures, thrones, biers, standards and costumes of the Brotherhoods and Corporations forming part of the General Procession of the Sailor´s Holy week in this valencian district.

And now, let’s move to a gastronomic experience. The region of Valencia is known for its many rice dishes, like paella, arroz al horno, arroz amb fessols i naps, etc. By visiting the restored Rice Museum (a building which was really and originally used as a rice mill) you will get a better idea and a closer look at the origins of rice and the transformations it has undergone throughout the years.
