1847à Abraham (Bram) Stoker is born on November the 8th, at 15 The Crescent, Clontarf, North of Dublin

1871à Beginning of his literary career. He takes up a post as the unpaid drama critic for the Evening Mail.

1872à The London Society publishes his short story The Crystal Cup

1875à His four part serial, Chain of Destiny is published

1876à He meets Henry Irving

1878à He becomes the manager of the London Lyceum, Irving’s theatre company.

1879à The Duties of Clerks of Petty Sessions in Ireland is published.

1882à Under the Sunset is published

1886à A Glimpse of America: A Lecture Given at the London Institution, 28th December, 1885 is published by Low, Marston, Searle & Rivington in London.

1890à The Snake’s Pass is published

1891à Under the Sunset is published

1894à The Watter's Mou' is first published. So are Crooken Sands and The Man from Shorrox's

1895à The Shoulder of Shasta is published

1897à Dracula is published in June
