Title of the paper: Biography, books written by the author and articles.

Author or topic: Barrie, James Matthew

Abstract: I will be basing my research on James Mattew Barrie (1860-1937), a recognized Scottish novelist who created the famous character of Peter Pan. My analysis will include the following aspects: Biography, Books written and Articles .The first link presents seven different biographies, each of which provide dates of the life and literary career of the writer. The second link allows the access to a series of chronological lists that present the books written by the author and comments or references to other literary works or films that have been inspired in his books and life. The third link is a selection of articles from different web sites. With these articles, we will be able to read other people’s opinion about him and we can have a general idea. Throughout the whole paper we will have multiple links, which will take it to anything we want to know about.

Auto-evaluation: To do this research I take into consideration some factors, like the utility that the information can have for diverse readers, the originality and purpose of the contents, the reliability of the sources of information, etc. I have chosen this author in particular because I am intrigued by his life and his literary style, and these search results a small tour around the most essential aspects of Barrie’s personality and the different  influences in his work.
