The work I’m going to carry out will consists in a deep detailed study of a group an English writers who developed their works during the period of summit of the Romanticism.

This cluster of authors are associated in the Literature’s History because of their friendship and ,in some cases ,even family relationships.

From these writers who constitute this literary group ( Godwin,Lord Byron,Percy Bysshe,Shelley,Mary Shelley,etc...),I’m going to concentrate my attention on Mary Shelley.This will include a detailed analysis of her most important work called " Frankenstein ",which was written in 1816.

As part of this research I will compare M.Shelley’s "Frankenstein" and the different cinematographic versions of this classic story.

On the other hand,I will investigate the link between this novel and the developement of science in the 19^th Century.

Finally,I will develope its relation with the Romantic philosophy,leading to other different and interesting topics like Nature as God,concert of Love,family relationships,moral,etc....
