Abstract or summary of the research in not more than 100 to max. 150 words:
In my project I want to talk about the role of the characters in Heart of Darkness because I think that it is a very important theme to analyse.
Principally, I want to look at Marlow because all is narrated from the perspective of this main character, although he is also included in the story. We can say that all what Marlow is telling could be the writer´s personal life, so, I would dare to say that Heart of Darkness meravellously summarizes Conrad´s bitter experiences in the Congo.
In the research of the information to do the project I have
looked for in the library and I have found some books related
with Conrad and his works, I have also looked for in Internet but
I have not found a lot of available information although I will
try to look for more information here during the rest of the
course.
