I have followed the chronological order traced in the analysis of time and I described the main space where the action is developed in each month.

June:

Outdoor concert: Eric Foot ate a handful of mushrooms and went into cardiac arrest

Dark green water: Timmy Hughes’ car float up three days later he dove into the water one Saturday

July:

The room where take place the meetings with other alcoholics

August:

Back Betsey’s house: they spend the time talk about sensation while they are smoking

September:

Betsey’s bedroom: the bedroom is described with fresh-smelling tatami mats on the first floor

October:

St. John’s Wort: the district where their new house is

Monterey Bay and Carmel: they travelled on boat in this bay

November:

The room of Alcoholic Anonymous: he remembered the stories of the members

October:

The new house and the district: he talks about he feels in his new life at his new house

November:

Vallejo country fair: they met with Californians and went to a rock concert for Jesus

January:

Oregan: Betsey moved to Oregan to her grandmother’s house because she accepts an offer in a nursing school.

Oakland: when she left him, he decide to move to Oakland.

March:

Eastern Sierras: he took a trip with a few people to learn how to not watch TV

October:

Don’t mention any place

November:

Don’t mention any place but I think that the actions that he describes is in their house

April:

Mattress: here they practise something greater than sex

February:

People’s Park: he rented a small apartment near this park when Ginnie left too.

April:

Redwood City: the last city where he buys a new house with a back deck and a tescope.

Kanai, Nebraska and Studio City: they are cities where some of his friends are living now.
