Author or topic : W. Shakespeare and M. de Cervantes

Abstract : The purpose of this website has been to create resources for teachers and for students to help them achieve the objectives set out by the Regional Ministry of Education.

By William Shakespeare three fragments of three plays have been used: 'Hamlet', 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'As you Like it' in their Spanish translation and also four chapters of Don Quixote, by Miguel de Cervantes in English. In the didactic units the objectives, contents and evaluation criteria for each fragment have been designed. Our pupils have their own page of activities, and they can click on the different texts at their own pace.

The didactic units are addressed to pupils 8,9,10 and 11 years of age.

Auto-evaluation:
It has been a positive experience as it is the first web page I have designed.
I was able to put the lesson plan into practice at school with my own pupils.
I am quite proud as they liked to work on-line, and working with computers
highly motivated them. The main difficulty was the assessment,
as I had to correct the different activities and they wanted them to be printed
