Author or topic: Collins, Wilkie.

Abstract : I have chosen the writer Wilkie Collins, because I knew about the connexion between the Victorian writers like Elizabeth Gaskell, Charles Dickens with

the author and the contributions of Wilkie Collins together with Dickens, and I though that it could be interesting for my essay.

In this essay, I have spoken about the e-texts and the books written about the author. I found that this author has written about two different genres: fiction

and non-fiction, where I could know that the books written in these genres have been written in magazines Household Words and All the year round.

To sum up, I think that this essay seems interesting because I have found lots of information about Wilkie Collins and his work and I think that this information could be

useful to understand English narrative and these authors.
