PERSONAL OPINION

In my opinion, “Twelve Blue” is a very good hypertext. It’s too difficult to understand but it’s a very good history because the argument is fantastic. I don’t like the subparts, this links that takes you to another part of the history in the same chapters. It makes the history long and boring to read and it is a mess because is a good and interesting story.

The character I personally loved the most was Samantha because is the main character and because I’m a very reflexive person so I like this kind of people in fiction and in the real life. For me it happens the same. I’m a Christian-Catholic person and I go to mess every Sunday. Religion makes to think you a lot about mysteries of live and death. But not only religion. When you lose a friend or a familiar it makes you think a lot. In that moment, maybe you are still very inmature, but you grow up and you realise that in your life has happened lots of things to think about. And you think and have long reflexions.

You have to read this play is very sad, but very emotive. I have felt identified in Samantha, I lost my grandparents when I was 12 (grand-mum) and 15 (grand-dad) and they were for me like my parents. Sometimes I dream with them and I have long reflexions about their live in heaven, as the Church say.

Reading hypertext is different of reading books. It is very difficult, but very interesting. Maybe it would be my last hypertext read, I don’t know; but I’d like to have the chance of reading more different hypertexts.
