ABSTRACT:  I decided to do the paper about Stevenson because I think

his writings are full of adventure, and I read his works and I am living the story. I am going to treat all his work, specially his Treasure Island. I will explain his life in relation to his work and the effects of the novel in the contemporary literature or in the cinema until our days.
