INTRODUCTION

In Gavin Inglis’s page I found a very interesting material, it is a page very well created that includes his biography, publications, hypertexts, etc. all very well explained in a way that you can’t feel lost in his page.

Concentrating on the hypertext itself, Mr Tokyo, I can say that is a very interesting story about a secret agent, who is being explored in a laboratory to find out everything about his work; but that, at first, is difficult to understand because the text does not follow a unique pattern, so until you have read every page you can’t trace the plot.

The first page of the novel is always the same, but the other ones are different each time we click on them, the text is the same when we click on the title of a link, but the links that appear at the end of each page are different from one time to another. But at the end we conclude that there are different ways of reading the story, althoug it always have 17 pages, and contrary to the beginning of the story, the end of it can also be different, I have found three ends, even though they are very similar.

It is a complex story, but it can be funny when the reader has understood everything.
