Title of the paper : "My Last Duchess" a comparison between Robert Browning and Lord Byron.

Abstract : The poem that I’ve chosen for this second paper is “My Last Duchess”, the author tells the story of an aristocratic Italian family. Later I’ve made a comparison between him and Lord Byron, they had many similarities but they had many differences too. In my paper I try to analise these differences and similarities in their lifes but also in their plays. I have observed that they were two exceptional heads in two different movements, “Romanticism” and “Victorianism”. Robert Browning had more influences from another Romantic authors, Shelley it’s the author who had more influences over him, but only in his early days.

Auto-evaluation: In my opinion I’ve worked very hard to make the paper and the web, at first I had difficulties to understand Robert Browning’s poem but finaly I understood, then I’ve had many problems analyzing rhetorical figures but finally I’ve found many. I think that I must have a good calification.
