Lewis Carroll is one of the most important child's writer. There are many opportunities to expand mathematical prowess by simply reading various literary works and specific authors, but one author in particular that has influenced so many of us since childhood is Lewis Carroll. Images of the white rabbit, the Cheshire cat, the mad hatter and others are all imprinted in our memories as fond Disney characters--or for those who read the books, they are different drawings from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.
