Title of the paper : Comparative study of Hermia and Viola in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Twelfth Night

Abstract : In this paper a comparison between Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Viola in Twelfth Night is carried out. We see the similarities and differences of both characters according to different topics. First of all we see the personality of each character. Second of all, we talk about disguise and deception. Thirdly, we analyse how these women woo or are being wooed. Then we will see the difference between romantic love and courtly love, with reference to Hermia and Viola. Finally, we will examine how important these characters are for the overall of their respective plays.
