Abstract
or summary of the research in not more than 100 to max. 150 words:
The purpose of this paper is to analyse the novel "Frankenstein" from the author Mary Shelley. From a textualist point of view I will try to show those sentences or moments in the book, in which the romanticism is shown.
Along the work "Frankenstein; or, the Modern Prometeus" there are many references in which we can see the social and political situation that lived the society at the moment in which the book was written, the way of life, the moral, the religion and the differences that existed between the different classes.
Not only Shelley but also Byron and Keats, have a view of the world that is related to Friedrich Schlegel and the German Romanticism. This paper will try to show how was the world at that time, from those sentences taken from the novel "Frankenstein".
Auto-evaluation:Excellent.
