“Richard III”

“Richard III” is a play written by William Shakespeare; Chema Cardeña directs it and Aredn productions represented it.

On the one hand, I am going to talk about the characters in this play.

Richard III, interpreted by Juan Carlos Garés, is one of the main characters. He murders his family or other persons because he is crazy for get all power, it is to say, he is ambitious.

Queen Elisabeth, interpreted by Amparo Vayá, is a beautiful queen. She lost her husband because RIII murders him.

Buckingham, interpreted by Carol Liruela and Ractliff, is interpreted by Vicente Pastor, are the helper of RIII.

Lady Anne, is interpreted by Esther Lopez, is a beautiful young that RIII wants her when Queen does not want to be her wife.

On the other hand I am going to talk about the space, it is very simple and we can see that have essential elements in which scenes.

The lights of each scenes light each characters when they talks and the dark light lights the other characters that do not talk but there are important because they influence in the thought of Richard III.

Finally, I am going to talk about clothes that they wear. It is a historical clothes, it is to say, with capes, long dresses… and you can see a well preparation of characters. They transmit to the people all the feelings that the characters have.

In my opinion, it is a good reflect of majority of persons that are similar than RIII. The author of this play get to transmit his idea of the life. I like very much because it is a good way that the society nowadays knows this aspects of the life. It performances was a triumph.
