Analysis of the “Glass
Snail”
MILORAD PAVIC AND
HYPERFICTION
Author: MILORAD
PAVIC
Abstract:
In
this paper, we will be able to discover an amazing author such as Milorad Pavic, specially its
Pre-Christmas Tale “The Glass Snail”. Of course, there is a little introduction about how is
structured my paper and how is organized the way I am going to study and
interpret Pavic’s tale. In my analysis the reader will have the
chance of having a solid view of this hyperfiction and also will have the luck of having the
chance of visiting some pictures of Belgrade, the city
where this exquisite fiction takes place.
Auto-evaluation:
In my opinion, this site has changed a bit since the first contact. I take on
this is not a wonderful one, but, maybe it is because I really do not have a
deep knowledge of creating websites and linking. Also, if I am sincere, at first
I didn’t like the idea of creating a site, linking texts to others, etc. But,
after discovering Milorad Pavic and assuming that hyper fiction was the material I had
for working this year, I understood that my problem was ignoring: 1) what hyper
fiction was and 2) what was the main purpose of this course. So, I made up my
mind and, why not I should recognize, I began to enjoy (in the real sense) this
kind of fiction! On the one hand, I know, as I said in the first paper, that my
site could have been better done and also the contents of it. But, on the other
hand, I think that instead of the mistakes the reader could find, I consider I have done a good job. The mark is only up to
the one who corrects it. I think I deserve to pass the assignment, and with a 5
or a 6 I would feel satisfied for what I have done.
