Abstract:I have chosen a hypertext whose authors are well known. They are Michael Joyce and Carolyn Guyer. She is coordinator of HiPitched Voices, a women's hypertext collective which, in 1994, initiated an ongoing collaborative writing project in its own wing of the Hypertext Hotel. He was born in 1945 and is currently Professor of English and Media Studies at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. They are still alive so their way of writing can not be very ancient. I am going to focus the hypertext on the spatial view and I have made my own structure of the work: Firstly, I will write an introduction which will include many different aspects; a description of the general space that Michael and Carolyn take, and, as a conclusion, an analysis of the relation between space-language where I will give my opinion. I have contacted with the Michael Joyce and he has told me interesting things about “Lasting Image”.

Auto-evaluation: First sight, this hypertext seems short and simple but when you continue reading it, you can be in a trouble if you do not follow the little arrow. I f you click on any photo or in a clickable word, they will take you to another part of the hypertext. I have investigated all these aspects, so I think I deserve a good mark like an 8.
