Abstract: “He was a French literary critic, literary and social theorist, philosopher, and semiotician. Barthes' work extended over many fields and he influenced the development of schools of theory including structuralism, semiotics, existentialism, Marxism and post-structuralism”[Wikipedia]. An author who was interested in letters since his youth, and not in comfort with that, he develop a theory about the analysis of the literature that seems to me an interesting topic, so I have searched some biographies about his interesting life, his works, his ideas and the factors that influenced him to think on that way.
