CONCLUSION
"Afterwards" has been the first hypertext I have ever read. At first I
was a little worried of getting lost in the way of reading it. I didn't
know if the author had used complicated links to follow, or hidden
links that you had to find to follow an order. I didn't even know if
there was an order at all.
And when I looked at the squares this author has used as links, I had
the fear that depending on which one you click, it would take you to
the right order of the story or not. I thought that maybe only one
order was the correct and that you had to find it. But after reading
the information the author gives you about the play, and all the
"fears" disappeared, I really enjoyed reading the hypertext.
I'm so grateful of having choose this hypertext as my first one,
because it's been easy to read and the texts that she uses with all the colours
(which make it easy to differentiate which character is speaking each
time) and the way in which they appear (two parallel columns or real
conversations) make you feel the need to keep on reading and see what
happens with the three couples in the story. She also uses short
phrases and the texts are not very long so that makes this text an agile reading.
So, I can say without a doubt, that I couldn't have chosen a better hypertext to initiate myself in the hypertext world.
