It is one of the provincial capitals of Spain and it has the highest number of assets in Mudejar style, some of which have been declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Of its tourist attractions are a few monuments mudéjares, such as the Cathedral of the Diocese of Teruel and the towers of El Salvador, San Martin and San Pedro, and the famous Mausoleum of the Lovers of Teruel.
