Finally, it's worth mentioning that the house is only available for holiday rental, we treat our clients in a familiar way, from individual to individual, no agency inteceding. We like it when our guests are pleased when they leave and find the house in perfect condition upon their arrival, just us we like to be received when travelling, which we're also used to do individual-to-individual.
To book, a deposit of 30% of the total amount should be done to a bank account which will be provided when the rental is agreed. Once the deposit is made, a receipt will be sent with the corresponding data, according to the pdf which is shown below. The other part of the agreed amount will be paid upon the tenant's arrival when the holiday rental agreement is signed, which is also a proof of payment and whose model is also shown below.
